Risk Analysis
Meeting the legal risk-assessment obligation with a report that fits the workplace and actually gets used.

Under Law No. 6331, the employer must “ensure and sustain the health and safety of the working environment and employees, and carry out or commission a risk assessment for occupational health and safety with a view to continuous improvement.”
An employer that fails to meet this obligation faces a fine for every month it employs staff without one.
Based on the nature of the work carried out at the workplace
- Identifying every hazard and risk that could affect employees
- Assessing all risks in the selection of work equipment and chemical substances to be used
- Maintaining order and organization at the workplace
- Taking into account young, older, pregnant, or nursing employees, and the position of women
- Defining the personal protective equipment required based on the assessed risks
A Risk Assessment Report is prepared that improves the level of health and safety protection for employees and is genuinely applicable at the workplace — turning the workplace into a safe, exemplary working environment.
